You should have finished a base. It could have been mega base, or a starter base, but it doesn't really matter. You also need to make sure that you have a mine in your base (Use stairs to go up and down because you can go up or down quicker). Go into the mine and use this strategy to strip mine for diamonds.
-Mine as many blocks as you want to forward (The more the better)
-Stand on the second block closest to where you started
-Mine as many blocks as you can to your left and right
Move forward three blocks
-Repeat Progress
Using this strategy allows you to uncover ores on the top., bottom, left and right.
If you moved forward 4 blocks, then there could be diamonds in the middle of the three blocks wide, so that is why you only do it 2 wide.
Also, get 6 iron ingots and then make 2 buckets, 1 lava and 1 water
Once you have got 40 diamonds and more than 2 stacks of lapis lazuli, return to the surface and craft these things
- Diamond Chestplate - 8 Diamonds
- Diamond Leggings - 7 Diamonds
- Diamond Helmet - 5 Diamonds
- Diamond Boots - 4 Diamonds
- Diamond Sword - 2 Diamonds
- Diamond Axe - 3 Diamonds
- Diamond Pickaxe - 3 Diamonds
- Diamond Shovel - 1 Diamonds
- Diamond Hoe - 2 Diamonds
Use your water and lava buckets to make an infinite obsidian spawner.
Get enough obsidian for 2 nether portals and make 1 and keep the rest just in case you get lost in the nether.
Once you are in the nether, mark the coordinates of the portal - (DO THIS OR YOU MIGHT GET LOST)
Look for a nether fortress and get 64 blaze rods from a blaze spawner. If you see a bastion,raid it. Once you get back, kill as many creepers as you can. Make the gunpowder and sand into TnT and go back into the nether and blow up the bottom of the nether for netherite. Get 9 netherite ingots.
Now, all you need to do is make an enchant table and enchant many books, put these enchants on the diamond equipment

Make all the tools and armour into netherite armour and tools and then you are almost set to go to the end.
