What should my squad do in early game Roblox Bedwars?

I have been playing Roblox Bedwars for a couple months, and have tested out every game mode. When I play the game I normally get on a voice call, which I recommend, (if your friends are online). What your squad would want to do, is assign jobs. Sometimes it can depend on their kit. For example, I tend to go to middle for emeralds because I have a fighting kit, the Grim Reaper. Before the nerf, I would say that the reaper should rush, but now I believe that it should collect emeralds and protect it self. Back to the jobs - I am not going to say to get a kit if you want to rush, it is completely optional. My squad set up is very organised. We will have one person that will protect the bed, one person to get diamonds, one person to get emeralds, and a lot of the time, we will have a farmer on the team. If you do not have a farmer on your team, that is okay. Maybe have someone to use bows (like before, you do not need an archer for this job). If you do not have someone that is good with bows, than I would suggest to double on diamonds collectors.
